Activate Domain Protect and Turn on Auto Renew

  1. Log in to your Network Solutions account.

  2. Turn off Domain Protect:

    If you have a single domain name:
    1. Access your Account Manager Home page.
    2. Under the Domain Information section, in the Domain Protect column, click Edit.
    3. Select Turn Domain Protect off, click Save.

    If you have multiple domain names:
    1. Click View Domain Names in the left navigation.
    2. Select the appropriate domain name.
    3. Under the Domain Information section, in the Domain Protect column, click Edit.
    4. Select Turn Domain Protect off, click Save.
      Note: Only the Account Holder or Primary Contact can configure the Domain Protect feature.

  3. Turn on Auto Renew:
    Click Renew Services in the left menu.
    Select All Services in the drop down box in “Show services expiring”
    1. Under the Auto Renew column, click Turn On for a specific domain name or service.
    2. Select Turn Auto Renew On.
    3. Click Save. Auto Renew is now on for that domain name or service.
    4. Repeat the above steps for each of your domain names and services.
